GlassWare is a fully featured Accounting & Glass Management software package which can keep track of your debtors, creditors, GST, stock quantities and customer details. Broken up into individual "modules", GlassWare can be custom built to cater to your needs, meaning you only pay for what you require.

Modules Available include:

Cut To Size
Used for entry of single glazed jobs, and will automatically generate debtors invoices. It allows for cash sale accounts and handles Insurance work as well as producing work orders, cash sale invoices and receipts, packing slips, cutting sheets and labels.

Double Glazing / Warranties
Used for the production of double glazing units and will automatically generate debtors invoices. It also provides a selection of production and customer reports and comes complete with a warranty module.

Glass Optimiser / Offcut Management
Groups single and double glazed items into glass types and produces pattern sheets for optimum usage of each glass stock sheet. Offcuts of an acceptable size can be held as stock sheets and re-used in following optimising runs.

Inventory Control

• Processing of insurance work that allows entry of insurance policy excess. An invoice for the insurance compnay is produced and either a cash sale or invoice for the customers excess is generated.
  
  
• Cash sales invoices can be generated which produce a record in the banking system.
  
  
• Glass labels can be produced from the job entry modules.
  
  
• Toughening items can be seperated from other glass types, so that they can be ordered from your toughened glass supplier.
  
  
• Upgradeable to the GlassNet package that is completely network compliant and provides full multi user capabilities.
